A rich, more than 150 years long culinary tradition with a wide selection of dishes of the house. Among them are the specialities like the stuffed rabbit, a deer steak and the steamed fallow deer in hunter's sauce with cranberries, black radish with pumpkin seed oil, a house liver pate and many other seasonal dishes from locally produced food.
