The Baroque mansion in Bukovje near Dravograd is located in a picturesque scenery between the plain on the right bank of the Drava and the Pohorje forest slope of Bukovje. The modern offer is intertwined with the natural features and cultural heritage of the castle, which reminds of its story since the 18th century. In the court ambience, Baroque elements have been preserved and stylish furnishings have been added, and in the castle park, old crowns are intertwined with young growth.

Viltuš Mansion is located near the city of Maribor, more precisely in Spodnji Ridge. It was built later than the older Viltuš Castle, which was located in its vicinity. Viltuš Mansion got its final appearance in the second half of the 19th century.

On the left bank of the Drava, the Ptuj Castle rises above the oldest town in Slovenia. The Ptuj Castle Hill has been inhabited since the 5th millennium BC. The inhabitants of ancient Petoviona built a fortress and shrines on it, and in the early Middle Ages there was a Slavic burial ground here.

Borl Castle in Haloze is one of the oldest buildings of its kind in Štajerska. Due to its strategic location along the Hungarian-Croatian border, it has always played an important role. It was originally a border Hungarian outpost and probably stood as early as the first third of the 12th century or even earlier. The Hungarian name of the castle is Borlyn (denoting a river crossing), and it is also known by its German name Ankenstein.

Ormož Castle is located on a steep pier above the Drava River and was an important fortress on the border with Hungary. Ormož Castle was separated from the city by walls. The oldest part of the castle is a 13th-century tower on the northwest corner. In front of the castle is a larger castle park in which many exotic plant species thrive, such as ginkgo, maclura and others. The park also houses a tomb from the beginning of the 20th century, in which the last owners of the castle are buried.
